A 1992 signed picture of Titanic
survivor Jack Odell, who is shown here at the
age of 11 on board the Titanic. The Odell party
of six, including a young man studying for the
priesthood Francis W. Browne, boarded the Titanic
for the first two legs of the maiden voyage from
Southampton, England to Cherbourg, France and
then on to Queenstown, Ireland where they disembarked.
Only seven passengers left the ship in Ireland.
Father Francis Brown is known
for the many famous photographs he took of the
Titanic just before it sailed to America. Jack
Dudley Odell passed away in 1995, he was the last
surviving male first-class passenger of the Titanic.
