from set of the "The Lone Ranger" show.
This is the extraordinarily rare powder filled stage
prop bullet he personally wore on his gun belt.
An unbelievable
piece of Americana, so important in fact, that his
mask and a single silver bullet (as shown above)
are on display at the Smithsonian Institute "Treasures
of America" exhibit. Very few of these still
exist.
Clayton
played The Lone Ranger from 1949 until the series
went off the air in the mid-1950's as well as in
two movies, "The Lone Ranger" and "The
Lone Ranger And The Lost City Of Gold."
